Jordan R. Zangrillo is a multidisciplinary comedy writer and animator known for blending traditional artistry with innovative storytelling. Rooted in hand-drawn animation, his art practice expands into mediums like Claymation and digital animation, making work that is both nostalgic and cutting-edge. His signature style - a blend of bold caricatures and minimalist flat compositions- gives his work an unmistakable identity.

Jordan’s unique approach has led to collaborations with industry icons Toddy Walters (South Park), Jim Tozzi (Wonder Showzen), and Mack “Elf” Aroni on the acclaimed Young’N’Bored: Pilot Episode. The project gained a dedicated audience, amassing over 15K YouTube subscribers and earning recognition as a Finalist at the New York Animation Film Awards.

A graduate of SUNY Purchase, where he majored in Playwriting and Screenwriting, Jordan draws inspiration from personal experiences, exaggerating them into humors and relatable narratives. Currently, Jordan is pursuing his MFA in Animation at the Rochester Institute of Technology while living and working out of Rochester, NY.
